This crossbow is designed primarily for the LARP or sporting shooting. The stock is made of beech and the design is similar to the pistol crossbow. The stock is treated with a high quality glaze to emphasize the natural grain and to provide a waterproof barrier for wet game days. The bow is made of black fiberglass which is very flexible yet durable. The bow (prod) can easily be detached from the stock for transport and replacement. the tendon is made of stainless steel with a durable string/rope.
The crossbow has been designed to look and shoot like an original medieval weapon.

The bolts provided with this crossbow are designed for LARP games and include a product liabilty insurance of 2 million Euros. They have a virtually indestructable fletching and head (polyurethane foam) which give a unform distribution of impact force.
