When ordering items you need advice on over the internet if you can't get through to a company on the phone to buy your items just how are you going to speak to them if you have a problem. Anyone can create a fancy looking website but it is about the business behind that website that matters. How do you know the company you are about to give your hard earned cash to has any idea about the products they sell or indeed even exist. Save yourself a lot of heartache and do some simple quick research, ring them, check their Trustpilot score (fake reviews are easy to spot and usually only one sentence) you will quickly see if they are genuine and worth dealing with. What if your order never arrives, arrives damaged, parts missing or gets lost on route? It is always advisable to contact a company by phone BEFORE you make any sizeable purchase or at least check their Trust Pilot reviews (trustpilot). We will answer your call, message or email 7 days a week between 9am & 6pm, if we miss your call you can leave a message and we will ALWAYS ring you back. 

If you order something that is out of stock or no longer available we will let you know instantly and offer alternatives or a refund we will not leave you hanging for weeks until you have to chase up your order. 

We also offer free shipping for orders over £150, a free target, a free returns service for crossbows should you decide it is not for you and a free advert if you need to sell it in the future, how many other retailers offer that?

Independent Reviews
If you would like to see our independent reviews please feel free to look on Trust Pilot but also check our competitors to get a true comparison of the service you are likely to receive. Some of the reviews and more shockingly the responses are jaw dropping plus the fact some of them state a higher Trust Pilot score than they actually have! We have also noticed the use of fake reviews (easy to spot usually only one sentence and poor English) probably in response to these warnings. A few minutes on Trust Pilot could save you weeks if not months of headaches. Also be very careful with sites that have no reviews as that is an indicator they are not UK.

If you know of others please let us know and we will add them. If you are having problems getting a refund from any website there is some simple rules to follow
1.  NEVER PAY BY BANK TRANSFER UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE THEY ARE GENUINE!
2.  Give them 10 days to refund after you have made the request and do so in writing (email or letter)
3.  If no refund after 10 days contact your bank and ask for a CHARGEBACK
4.  Your bank will ask for details but refund your money there and then
5.  Your bank will contact the sellers bank and deal with any issues
6.  You have your money back with no further hassle, as they say simples
7.  Usually threatening a seller with a chargeback will do the trick
