"I just had to send this message to you guys. My son who is 30 next week and has been after a crossbow for ages so I looked around and found your company. So first thing the following morning I gave you a telephone call and every single little bit of information I needed was given to me. Sunday evening I thought " what the hell I am going to order my son a crossbow for his Birthday ". So considering I didn't place the order until the evening by Monday I had a message telling me when and even what time my order would be delivered. I didn't have to wait in all day I was told my item would be delivered around 4.00pm on the Tuesday and it arrived at 5 minutes past. A brilliant service to which I am not used to these days and every detail you gave me was fulfilled.
